Pure Evil

Scanned from my Moleskin sketchbook...

...cleaned up in Photoshop...

...and coloured...

Most of my characters seem to be rather dumb looking, but friendly enough. This little guy is different though. He looks like he has evil intentions. No doubt he has some sort of diabolical plan to take over the world.

I've always found it's very difficult to take over the world when your not wearing any clothes...great character, jason.

Michael - Maybe he's not trying to take over the world after all, perhaps his diabolical plan is to simply make people feel awkward around him (due to the fact that he isn't wearing any clothes).

I find it interesting that you speak from first-hand experience Michael. Is there a dark (and naked) side of you that I am not aware of?

pure NEKED evil!

Great last dozen (or so, jeesh!) posts Jason. I've been lame about commenting but I always enjoy the sneak peaks inside that wild sketchbook of yours!

That nose is just too inviting to be punched. Is that a part of his diabolical plan too - To take over in the world as an act of self defense?

Actually, Jason, I was just kidding about that remark...if I were really attempting to take over the world, I would wear a speedo.

I think...no I know for sure that if you are around when he laughs...your blood freezes. And I don't think him being naked has something to do with it.

Chris - Thanks for dropping by for a little visit. It's always a pleasure to have you here.

Justdoodleit - Maybe that's why he's so angry...he was punched in the nose one too many times.

Michael - Now you're talkin'!!

TJ - Yikes. Well thanks for the warning!

Hey Donny - Thanks for your comments on my photography, that's how I pay the bills. This cartooning stuff is simply a hobby.

I thought that thing in front of him in the first scan was a ham on a string. I thought maybe it was some meat-lover's party game ham-on-a-string! where you have to take bites of the ham without using your hands to hold it steady.

So, naturally I thought part of his diabolical plan to take over the world was to eat the ham in one big bite (he looks like he could) thereby 1) winning every game of ham-on-a-string and 2) depriving others of ham biting opportunities.

I could be wrong, though.

That Voz, is an impressive theory.
