Charley

Scanned from Moleskin sketchbook...

...cleaned up in Photoshop...

...version one...

...version two...

...version three...

I couldn't decide how to colour Charley, so I just included all of the variations I tried.

Version 1. I like the zone without color around him. It´s a cool variation here. Charley seems hurry. Are the Mulligans behind? He, he.

Charley looks good in all variations!

Haha looks like Charley is running away from the other side of his head! I agree with Justdoodleit.

Maria - Thanks so much!

Tomas - I too like version one, although I'm not sure which one is my favorite. Thanks for your opinion.

Justdoodleit and Robert - Such diplomatic answers. Ha!

Well, Jason it wasn't diplomatic at all...The thing with your characters is - they are so strongly whimsical and inhabit a hilarious universe of their own, any other minor changes make little difference to their personality. I like fellas from this blog in all shapes, sizes and hues because they are darned funny and have often piqued my curiosity!
